Clear and concise - a new corridor display for Quantec June 2008

Quantec display A new large and easy-to-read Corridor Display (the QT608CD1) has been added to our Quantec Addressable Call System range. The display measures 800 x 160 x 80mm (WxHxD) making it ideal for use in long corridors, nursing stations, staff rooms, matrons offices, etc.

With a trade price of just £332.50, each display requires a Quantec Display Interface Unit, which trades at £76.92. Connection to the interface unit is via a 10m long RS232 lead.

• Utilises the latest LED technology to visually inform staff of the location of incoming calls (and occupied rooms) in large, easy-to-read text

• All calls (standard, help required, emergency and attack) are displayed in red text; All presence calls are displayed in green

• When no calls are present on the system the current time is shown in green

• Typically used in conjunction with one or more standard QT608C displays as the QT608CD1 does NOT include an onboard buzzer, scroll or accept buttons.

• Display is powered by Mains supply (if you want the Display to work when Mains fails an uninterruptible power supply must be used).

• Easily connected to the Quantec addressable call system via a QT615 display interface unit

• Display and Interface Unit utilise a monitored RS232 data connection (a “missing” fault is flagged at the Quantec Controller if the Display is switched off or its data cable is removed)

• Interface Unit is powered from the Quantec network and mounts on a 20mm double gang back box.
