New strip-switch call signalling system for Quantec and 800 Series

C-TEC has released a new cost-effective 'Strip-Switch’ call signalling system.

Designed to interface to our 800 Series conventional call system, Quantec addressable call system or NC951 disabled persons toilet alarm system, sections of the strip-switch can be installed in continuous lengths over extended areas.

Available in a variety of different lengths, the system can be fastened at any height on a wall, out of sight under a counter or along a machine panel with the full length of the strip-switch activating a call when pressed.

The system has been added to C-TEC's range of cost-effective call system ancillaries in an attempt to make C-TEC’s call systems even more accessible to those who need them most - people calling for assistance.

Key features:

• Easily operated by a finger, hand or elbow

• Allows assistance to be summoned quickly and easily from a variety of locations

• Requires minimal maintenance once installed - manufactured from anodised and powder coated aluminium with a PVC insert for ease of cleaning

• Co-ordinated adjustable corner pieces allow the strip-switch to be continuous through internal and external corners and up and down staircases

• Can be used to generate different levels of call depending on the wiring configuration/interfacing devices used (see below for interface options)

• Ideal for straightforward call signalling applications or as an out-of-sight ‘panic alarm’ system when installed under counter tops or interview room desks, etc

• Other applications include factories (alongside machines), security areas, hospitals, police stations, prisons, residential care homes, disabled persons toilets, etc

QT602 Quantec call point (generates standard calls)
QT604 Quantec monitoring point (generates standard or emergency calls)
QT611 Quantec universal device* (generates standard, help required, emergency or attack calls)
