C-TEC’s market-leading addressable call system, Quantec, has been specified at a trailblazing £7million healthcare facility in Cheshire.

Widnes Healthcare Village is a specialist nursing/care complex offering multi-disciplinary care for the elderly, infirm and mental health patients.

Five Quantec addressable call systems are now installed at the 187-room site, providing maximum security and protection for patients and staff alike.

Each system utilises Quantec’s optional infrared staff protection facility which allows staff to highlight in seconds where an incident is taking place. All ‘at risk’ personnel at the site carry one of Quantec’s panic attack transmitters which can be activated within each facility or in external courtyard areas if necessary.
